Privacy Policy

• Account data — your email and a securely hashed password.
• Business data — business name, location, your Google Place ID, branding, and reply templates you create.
• Customer feedback — star ratings and private feedback that your customers submit through your review page, including any contact details they choose to provide.
• Google Business Profile data — if you connect Google, we access your business reviews and location details to display them and to publish replies you approve (see below).
• Usage data — basic logs and analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.

To provide and improve the Service: collecting reviews, routing private feedback to you, drafting and publishing replies you approve, showing analytics, and securing your account. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

When you connect your Google Business Profile, BuzzPro requests the business.manage scope to read your reviews and post replies you approve. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we use Google data only to provide the review-management features you request, we do not transfer it except as needed to provide the Service or as required by law, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, or as required by law. You can disconnect Google at any time, which revokes our access and stops further syncing.

To help draft reviews and replies, selected text (such as the points a customer chose, or a review you are replying to) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a draft that you edit and approve. It is not used to train models.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service — hosting and database (Railway), and AI drafting (Anthropic) — under agreements that protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and hashed passwords, and retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and close your account, by contacting privacy@buzzpro.app. Depending on your region (US, Canada, India, and others) you may have additional rights under applicable law.

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
